We advise on where artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven decision making genuinely bear upon an organisation's assets and operations; on what their adoption would change; and on what is required to operate them soundly thereafter.
Many clients do not yet know what their problem, or their opportunity, is. We are the commercial interface: originating the relationship, leading the initial discussions, and scoping requirements through successive rounds of clarification until the opportunity is properly stated. Research, technical origination and development are carried out by our research partner.
We examine ventures, assets, and platforms on behalf of owners and investors who require a disinterested account of what a business does, and of where its value truly lies.
